Adult Model Release

I hereby authorize Nir Avner Photographe to publish photographs taken on the 14.11.2019 in Paris of myself for his professional use in printing and online marketing materials.

I hereby release and hold harmless Nir Avner from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above.

I further acknowledge that participation is voluntary and that I will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

Photos that I will receive from Nir Avner are not royalty free and remain Nir Avner intellectual property. However they can be used for personal usage only, and I hereby commit not to publish, sell or diffuse them.

After the photo session, Nir Avner will show me the photos via a private online gallery. A choice must be made within 60 days upon gallery online release. In the event no choice will be done within this period of time, photos will not be delivered by Nir Avner.

In the event of a technical problem, such as hard drive or card failure, due to which Nir Avner will not be able to deliver photos. I will be notified and photos will not be delivered.

All materials, agreements, and other information or documents involved in this photo shooting production are exclusive property of Nir Avner, and are privileged confidential information. I agree not to reveal this information to anyone, nor to use this information to the detriment of the Nir Avner, including to circumvent or to undercut sales.

I hereby release Nir Avner, its contractors and its employees involved in the creation of Nir Avner publications, from liability for any claims by me with my participation.

I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns. I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual.

 I represent and warrant that I am at least 18 years of age and have the full legal capacity to execute this release.
